Review:
Holy moly this book is amazing! I couldn’t put it down. The way Javier and Saul need each other but at the same time don’t fully understand or believe the other’s feelings is both sad and beautiful. Kyle is exactly what they both need to love completely and finally get over their past pain. But Javier and Saul do that for Kyle at the same time. Even if Kyle’s past isn’t as bloody or dangerous, it still shapes who he is. The support characters, their family of choice, are fabulous. You don’t have to read the other stories in this series to enjoy this one. However I definitely want to read them now to find out how the family formed. Each person is real and you feel like you know them by the end of the book.
